“The Veggie Pride Parade in New York City is a forum for ideas, we are talking about the virtues of being a vegan.” Every year, the event organizers work hard to compile a list of speakers, in order to keep up with what’s going on in the vegan community. The speakers range from vegan elites who play key roles in driving recent events, to grassroots leaders and people running vegan businesses, to media and professionals. It’s very informative to hear about veganism from different perspectives, covering issues such as environmental protection, animal agriculture, and nutrition. Today, we will showcase some speakers from the Veggie Pride Parade of recent years.
