Today, I'd like to offer a laundry tip. Common laundry products such as fabric softeners and dryer sheets are typically filled with toxic chemicals and ingredients that are detrimental to your washing machine, health and the environment. Many fabric softeners contain preservatives like glutaral, which can cause skin allergies and asthma attacks. Additionally, many contain the artificial dye, D&C Violet 2, which, has been associated with cancer and is toxic to marine life. Therefore, it’s important to replace products with sustainable alternatives. You can simply avoid using these harmful products by using two tablespoons of distilled white vinegar in the rinse cycle. It not only makes your clothes feel soft, but it also makes them smell clean while supporting the environment.

I’d like to share the process of my awakening: I was born into an ordinary family. During my childhood, my family underwent drastic changes, which led to the early awakening of my soul. I wanted to know who I truly was and the purpose of my existence. The time I spent with my family was short, and I didn’t get real love from them. I once shouted angrily at my mother that I’d rather exchange all my money for real love.
As time went by, during my middle age, I lost interest in all the temporary pain and joy in the world, but I couldn’t get away from the world. I passed the time like the living dead, hoping for changes to happen and longing for God to give me the answer and save me… When the pandemic broke out and impacted the world order, it once again prompted me to become more awakened. Through online videos, I got to know why the virus came – the meat-eating issue. Also, the well-known Indian prodigy Abhigya Anand also pointed out that the meat-eating issue is related to the future development and changes of the Earth, which made me face the dietary issue squarely and decide to eliminate the terrible consequences of meat eating.
Not long after, without anyone telling me, I received God’s care invisibly, which further guided me to watch the special Supreme Master Television programs broadcast on cable TV. For merely an hour, it was enough to attract my eyes and open my spiritual vision. After watching it for a period of time, I was sure that it was the answer to my questions since childhood – to return to my True Self is returning to God’s Glory and True Love. And its first step is adopting the vegan diet.
Reflecting on the past, I had been seeking the Truth and facts, yet never got the real answers. Without getting any real, physical answers, as I was about to despair of God, the spiritual answer came to me. Now, I’m full of real gratitude… I’m grateful for God and everything from Supreme Master TV. The most important is the Grace of Supreme Master Ching Hai and God has bestowed abundant Love upon me!
