Following the launch of the National Vegan Nutrition Science Center on December 16, the Discipline of Applying Vegan Nutrition in Traditional Medicine has officially been introduced. For the first time, vegan nutrition is no longer limited to dietary habits or lifestyle choices, but has been developed into a structured educational program, in collaboration between the Center and the Community College of Medicine and Pharmacy. Students not only learn about “healthy vegan eating,” but are also introduced to scientific knowledge of metabolism, micronutrients, disease prevention, and nutritional support for treatment through pure vegan nutrition — systematically, with curricula, textbooks, and clear methodologies. The establishment of this field helps transform the perception that veganism leads to nutritional deficiencies and dispels the prejudice that vegan eating is merely emotional or vague. Instead, the vegan field is affirmed as a forward-looking discipline with scientific value, clear legal standing, and profound humanitarian significance.

On December 18, the Winter Vegan Session was held as part of the festival series “Exhibition Space of Buddhist Culture, Cuisine, Books & Zen Tea,” organized by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha of Hanoi. The Loving Hut booth was present at the event, with hundreds of devices playing Master’s Prayer being activated and broadcast. Also on December 18, a well-known female entrepreneur and educator in Âu Lạc (Vietnam) was invited by fellow practitioners to participate in the program “A New Lifestyle – Sustainable Veganism.” She was deeply moved, as it was her first time learning about veganism, and she stated that she would study it further and transition to a vegan lifestyle!
In just three short days, we clearly felt the presence of The Reunited Three Most Powerful, guiding Âu Lạc (Vietnam) through a powerful transformation: Veganism is now entering the fields of medicine and education, elevating both to a higher level!
