Modern office habits are fueling a spinal health crisis. Colonel Dr. Phan Đình Mừng of Âu Lạc (Vietnam) warns that workers aged 35–45 increasingly face herniated discs due to obesity and prolonged sitting. Excess weight strains the lumbar spine while sedentary behavior weakens ligaments. To prevent surgery, experts recommend controlling weight, proper nutrition, core exercises and frequent movement. For severe cases, minimally invasive endoscopic techniques now provide faster recovery (VnExpress)
Daily tea drinking strengthens aging bones and fights osteoporosis. Research shows polyphenols in green and black tea boost bone density and slash hip fracture risks for adults over 45. Experts advise daily sugar-free consumption paired with calcium-rich diets. To prevent caffeine-related calcium loss, seniors should limit intake to five cups daily (Lao Động)

Manufacturing is entering its “lights-out” era, with AI [artificial intelligence]-run factories coordinating robots, inspecting products, and adjusting production without waiting for human approval. In healthcare, AI systems now perform first-pass analysis on imaging, triage, and wearable data, allowing doctors to focus on complex decisions rather than routine screening. Video production is also being transformed as AI generates scenes, voices, and translations in hours instead of weeks— reshaping the economics of media creation. Education is shifting too: AI tutors analyze student behavior in real time, adapting explanations and pacing to each learner. And in everyday life, personal AI managers are emerging to handle scheduling, email triage, and routine decision-making, reducing the cognitive load that drains people’s time (AI Uncovered)

Thoughtful quote of the day: “A people free to choose will always choose peace.” His Excellency Ronald Reagan 40th President of the United States (BrainyQuote)
Previously, in Part 1 of 2 of Susan Walter’s near-death experience, Susan shared how two childhood near-death experiences took her out of her body and into a glowing garden unlike anything on Earth. There, she reunited with three angelic beings she instantly recognized as her guides — friends she had known before birth. At age six, she returned to the same garden, asked questions that challenged her Sunday school teachings and was shown that what she’d been taught was only a small part of a much wider understanding. Today, in Part 2 of 2, Susan’s journey moves beyond the garden and into the cosmos.
I went into animals that I wasn’t as familiar with. I’m even all of a sudden swimming in the ocean in the body of a very large being. I imagine it was some type of whale. But then I’m not swimming in the water anymore. I’m still in the same being, but I’m swimming in space. Once I’m swimming in this space, it’s like I’m kind of zooming through space, like how in Star Trek you see all the lights kind of going past the ship. It was kind of like that. And then I’m being shown what literally souls being birthed is what it looked like to me. And it’s like there was an exhale with a whole bunch of souls being born, and then there was an inhale where some went back, but not all of them. And then another exhale. And that inhale-exhale just kept going on.
Then the experience shifted again. Then, I watched my soul being birthed in that, in probably the third or fourth breath that I witnessed, where my soul and two others were pulled aside and asked to become planet creators. Still trying to wrap my head around what that means, to be honest, but it’s like this being that was asking us to take on these roles just all of a sudden had a display screen. And it was, imagine a computer screen, but it’s not even a quarter of an inch thick, and it was very flexible. But using that showed us what it would be like if we did and what it would be like if we didn’t.
Susan then witnessed her soul entering a kind of training. I watched my soul go to, I wouldn’t call it school, because when we think of school, we think of sitting in front of chalkboards in these uncomfortable desks. But it was like a training. Most of it took place in an outdoor setting, and a lot of it was about music and frequency and sacred geometry and light and things like that. I’m taking this training with different beings, other ascended beings, some that we recognize and some that we don’t. Some of them may not have even ever come to Earth. They may be in other planetary systems. And I could always see kind of in the background of where we were taking this training, this city made of, or a group of massive structures that were made of not perfectly transparent like glass, but fairly transparent like crystal. But at the corners, and what held it together, looked like gold. It was a very beautiful place.
Susan was then shown the process of taking physical form. From witnessing myself taking this training, then I went to these other different temples that, the only word I can think of to describe them, were made of different types of stone other than quartz crystal. And in each of these temples were where you were slowing your frequency down to be able to take physical form. One of the first ones was amethyst. One of the last ones was garnet.
The beings in these realms were translucent and humanoid in shape. When asked if they walked or floated, Susan realized something extraordinary. I don’t recall seeing anybody’s feet in that. So I would say probably more floating, and being able to maybe even, with the mind, being able to teleport to move around. Because I don’t remember even being shown how we got from one place to the next. You just thought of it and you were there.
After Susan woke up, she remained deeply connected to the angelic realm. Years later, in 1997, the angels began showing her not only her own guides but everyone else’s, asking her to draw what she saw. After six months of resistance, she gave in and began creating angel portraits, despite having no artistic background in her family. She now sees angels as translucent, colorful spheres around people, or in more detailed form when needed.
Almost everyone I do, their arms are kind of outstretched in some way because they’re ready to exchange energy with you and, or give you a hug whenever you need that or whenever you ask for it. They’re there to assist us, but they need our permission. In life-saving situations, they might step in, but otherwise, they really need us to ask and give them permission to assist us.
Susan’s experiences completely removed her fear of death. A year ago, she was in a car accident on the interstate when a semi-trailer truck bumped her and sent her spinning across traffic. At that moment, it wasn’t death I was in the least bit afraid of. The only thing I was afraid of was getting stuck in a hospital bed. The fear of death just isn’t there. I already know that we’re going to be, not only do we continue, but that there’s more to [it] than what we can see in this 3D world. There is much more to life than that. A much deeper meaning.
The main thing was to help other people not only realize that there is more than what we see with our 3D eyes in the world, but how to connect to the Divine, whether that be to the angels or directly to the central Source, the Creator, God, whatever phrase you choose. But I think making that connection, in whatever way works for you, is very, very important. (Channel Within)
