Spiritual progress primarily depends on the training of the mind. The withdrawal of the s It (Sant Mat) is a liberal system and does not stifle opinion or insist on blind belief. Masters in the flesh are rare. They are superior beings and have fully developed their latent powers. A Guru gives salvation only when alive. The sound current and the Master are within you. Animal food, even if a single particle is eaten, is detrimental to spiritual progress. The master showered his grace when he initiated you. Now your duty is to practice concentration and go up.
