On today's program, Jane shares her thoughts about how our dietary choices affect our mental wellbeing. She believes that a vegan lifestyle contributes to happiness, while meat consumption can lead to depression. Jane says we can do many things to promote the healthier, happier vegan lifestyle. For example, whenever fast food chains, restaurants, or stores introduce new plant-based products, Jane and her team actively support them. Jane and her volunteer contributors continually seek more ways to promote the vegan lifestyle. They have recently expanded through conducting live interviews with experts, and through music.
