I have a useful tip on how you can maintain a healthy weight. It is recommended you eat wholesome foods— particularly low calorie and high nutrient content plant-based foods. So, all of these can help stabilize blood sugar and allow you to feel fuller for longer and avoid cravings. You can also commit to eating more mindfully, by taking the time to sit down at the table, without any devices, and allow yourself to appreciate the various tastes. Finally, avoiding unsustainable crash diets are a good move, since these can affect your metabolism and the way your body stores fat over the long term.
