In today’s news, our Beloved Supreme Master Ching Hai presents Shining World Compassion Award to American actor and prominent animal rights advocate, World Health Organization and partners call on countries to halt trading of live animals, Japanese doctors perform unprecedented living donor lung transplant operation for a COVID-19 patient, new United States hydrogen electric semi-trucks to enter market, Christchurch Vegan Society introduces charitable service in New Zealand, Oat milk-based vegan ice cream launches in the Philippines, and giant sandcastle provides home for nesting birds in England.

In Shining World Compassion Award News from the United States …

Aylam Orian is a dedicated animal rights advocate who founded and directs the organization Our Planet. Theirs Too. The non-profit group works to enlighten people about their unconscious biases and oppressive attitude towards animals. Mr. Orian also established The National Animal Rights Day, an annual event observed in many cities around the world on the first Sunday in June. This Memorial Day and Independence Day for animals commemorates that billions of animals die each year due to humans, while also informing the public about the vegan lifestyle and celebrating the progress being made to end the suffering of all animals.

“We share this planet together, and therefore we all should share it in a peaceful and compassionate way. There’s no reason for the human race to dominate and hurt other species of animals. Whether you believe we were made by God or other entity, we were all made by the same entity. So that all of us, them too, deserve equal rights and deserve to live happy and free with our families and offspring.”

In support of his tireless work on behalf of the animals, Supreme Master Ching Hai: “Happily present Aylam Orian with the Shining World Compassion Award, with a loving gift of US$10,000 towards your noble organization, Our Planet. Theirs Too.”

Mr. Orian graciously accepted the Award letter, crystalline plaque, Master’s financial contribution and Her beautiful publications and DVDs that were presented by our Association members in California, USA.

“It is with great admiration and gratitude that we present to you the Shining World Compassion Award for passionate activism, constantly striving to safeguard precious animal lives. This Award is presented in recognition of your visionary, altruistic benevolence, advocating for a vegan world where all beings share our bountiful planet in Divine bliss.”

“A huge thank You to the Supreme Master Ching Hai for this amazing recognition of our work for animals and for this amazing Award that will really, really help us immensely to continue the work that we do for animals, continue the fight for their rights, continue to spread the awareness around the world, that animals live, they share this planet with us. Thank You again so much to the Supreme Master, and to all the Association that She has created. You all are really amazing. You’ve helped us since the first National Animal Rights Day in 2011 in New York, up until now, every year selflessly helping us and volunteering to make our events what they are. And now, with this gift, we will be able to do it even better, and in more cities around the world. So, thank You again. I’m really honored. Thank You.”

Our heartfelt gratitude and congratulations, Aylam Orian. We also wish to thank everyone who participates in The National Animal Rights Day celebrations around the world. May Heaven bless our Earth to soon be a haven for all beloved beings.

For the full presentation of the Shining World Compassion Award to Aylam Orian, please tune in to our Shining World Awards program at a later date.

Countries urged to stop sale of live animals.

To address serious public health risks, an interim guidance to global governments requests an immediate cease of the trade and slaughter of live mammals, especially wild ones, in food markets. The critical warning was issued by the World Health Organization (WHO), the World Organization for Animal Health (OIE) and the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP). Alarmingly, animals are reported to be the origin of over 70% of all novel infectious and deadly diseases that affect humans, including the Lassa fever, Nipah viral infection, Marburg hemorrhagic fever, MERS and SARS. Furthermore, it is probable that the virus responsible for the COVID-19 pandemic came from wild mammals, as it is part of a group of bat-borne coronaviruses. Many thanks, WHO, OIE and UNEP. As we pray for the health and safety of all, may humanity urgently transition to a life-supporting vegan world, in God’s light.

Up next, Japanese doctors perform unprecedented living donor lung transplant operation for a COVID-19 patient. We’ll just give thanks to the restoration ecologists who work to revive deteriorated grasslands and other ecosystems and also teach the public about the importance of conservation. When we return, more exemplary news ahead, here on Supreme Master Television! Be Veg, Go Green 2 Save the Planet.

Good day, compassionate friends! I’m Gabriele the vegan Cape Barren Goose. As a cool vegan, I’m always full of energy and good vibes – two of the many benefits of a plant-based diet. So, go vegan today and power up like me! Here is a gardening tip to help you conserve space and time. If you live in the city and have limited room, try growing your vegetables vertically, especially the ones that occupy lots of space like tomatoes, peas, pole beans, melons and squash. You can use trellises, cages, fences or stakes to support them. This method will also save you time during harvesting and maintenance since you will be able to clearly see where the fruits are. Furthermore, crops grown upright are also more free from fungal diseases due to the better air circulation. Try it out and grow the vining crops on trellises alongside raised beds. Thank you for your attention and lots of love for Being Veg and Going Green 2 Save the Planet for all humans and us all co-inhabitants. Now, the worldwide weather.

Pioneering lung transplant conducted in Japan.

A team of Japanese doctors has successfully performed an unprecedented lung transplantation from living donors to a woman whose lungs were seriously affected by COVID-19. The first-of-its-kind operation lasted about 11 hours to transfer part of the healthy lungs from her husband and son to her, after which all three were in stable condition. Normally, pulmonary patients in Japan would need to wait almost two and a half years, as organ donations are scarce and limited to deceased donors. Professor Hiroshi Date of Kyoto University Hospital, who led the surgery group, stated, “I think there is a lot of hope for this treatment in the sense that it creates a new option.” A big applause, Professor Hiroshi Date and team. In Divine love, may the patient, her husband and son recover speedily, and may everyone live in abundant health through elevated kindness on our planet.

Hydrogen electric semi-trucks to be manufactured in United States.

Nikola Corporation, a US-headquartered vehicle company, has announced its plan to bring to market two new lines of hydrogen electric semi-trucks. The Nikola Tre model, which goes into production in 2023, has 645 horsepower and a traveling capacity of more than 800 kilometers in one go. Also, the Nikola Two, debuting in 2024, is designed with an over 1,400-kilometer range. With less than a 20-minute refill time, both zero-emission models are equipped with a panoramic windshield and advanced driver assistance system for increased safety. The company is partnering with Norway-based global distributor Nel Hydrogen for its charging networks. In recent years, global car manufacturers have found hydrogen technology appealing due to its fast-charging time compared to batteries. Great work, Nikola Corporation. May many more such green innovations be developed for a thriving planetary future, in the goodness of the Providence.

New Zealand nonprofit assists local plant-based communities.

The Christchurch Vegan Society has created the Vegan Angels initiative to provide free-of-charge plant-based meals and baking goods to vegans and vegetarians amid challenging times. Support is offered during periods of sickness, grief or trauma, and after giving birth, among other circumstances. Plant-based meal kit provider Green Dinner Table helps prepare and distribute high-quality meal boxes, which include ingredients and recipes for three dishes to be cooked at home. Lisa Phelan, the project’s organizer, conveyed that the goal is to let people know that others care about them while helping to nourish them back to health. Our appreciation, Christchurch Vegan Society and Green Dinner Table. In Heaven’s embrace, may the lifestyle of benevolence be warmly welcomed everywhere to create a luminous world of peace.

Coming up, Oat milk-based vegan ice cream launches in the Philippines. We’ll just take a moment to thank the companies and government institutions that donate computers and tablets to youngsters so they can continue their classes online from home during the pandemic. You’re watching Noteworthy News on Supreme Master Television. BE A HERO = BE VEGAN (=SAVE THE WORLD). Welcome back to Noteworthy News – Outstanding News for a Wondrous World.

Philippine public enjoy new vegan ice cream.

Philippines-based Hygge, a wholesaler of the Swedish company Oatly and an array of other plant-based beverage products, has released a delectable frozen dessert, Alt Scoops. Made from Oatly’s popular plant-based milk and other fresh and high-quality ingredients, this vegan alternative ice cream boasts sustainability and scrumptious taste. It comes in four flavors: Choco Hazelnut, Burnt Caramel with Roasted Pecan, Strawberry and Dark Chocolate. With each yummy and silky scoop, one is sure to experience “coziness, comfort and contentment,” which is what the Danish concept of “hygge” is all about. What delightful news, Hygge! May delicious and Earth-friendly plant-based items reach every home around the world, in Celestial abundance.

Huge sandcastle provides home for nesting birds.

Surrey Wildlife Trust has constructed a 20-meter-long sandbank in the Spynes Mere Nature Reserve of England, for sand martins to nest after 25 years of absence due to habitat loss. The nonprofit partnered with a special sculpting company, Sand In Your Eye, to make the structure with a giant mold and 400 metric tons of material. To build their nests, sand martins burrow tunnels with their claws into the side of tall riverbanks, forming a small chamber lined with feathers and vegetation. They spend from approximately mid-March to September in England after wintering in Africa. Bravo and thank you for this considerate endeavor, Surrey Wildlife Trust, Sand in Your Eye and all participants. In God’s grace, may your region once again abound with these lovely feathered beings.

Life is a joke, someone told us and he gave out this punchline to prove it. Can you imagine? Here it is in the joke called, “To the Fortune Teller.”

Karen just lost her prestigious job, where she was making a lot of money. So, one day she decided to ask a fortune teller about her financial future.

“Recently, you suffered from lack of money, but later it will become much better.”

“Oh, because I will make more money again?”

“No, because you’ll get used to it.”

?!

And now we have a heartline from Olivia in the United States:
