Today, I’d like to share with you a tip from Beloved Supreme Master Ching Hai (vegan) on safeguarding our personal items.

“Loving Princes and Princesses, when you are on the road, it is wise to remember the advice of your parents or elderly, such as, while traveling, to always mind your belongings. Those most personal important ones, such as ID, passport, money-related documents, driver’s license, etc., should be safely kept in your small carried handbag, and always with you – better in your front or with your hands on it. If you want to rest or sleep, put that handbag under your head so no interested person could snatch it from you.

It happened to me once while on a train to group meditation, visiting your brothers and sisters. I was awake, luckily! I did not report that to the train personnel, as I demanded him to return my bag, though I could have (feeling sorry for the tattered young boy!). I wanted to give him some money, but didn’t, worried it might encourage his bad deed, and/or influence others!

This incident made me feel sad for a long time though – that our world is not in an ideal standard, thus forcing the youth to fall into such a situation!!! Let’s hope that society’s welfare improves greatly, so similar things won’t ever have to happen again anywhere. God Loves you good kids.”

Our love to You too, Master! Thank You for reminding us to protect our valuables when on the go. This way we would also prevent someone from committing a wrongdoing, for which they may feel sorry later.
