Here is a little health tip for you. Drinking lá lốt or Piper lolot leaf water is often used as a natural way to help lower uric acid levels. The leaves contain plant compounds such as alkaloids and flavonoids that can help reduce inflammation and act as a mild diuretic, supporting the body in flushing excess uric acid. To prepare it, boil about 15–30 g of fresh leaves or 5–10 g dried leaves, in two bowls of water until reduced to one bowl, or steep 10–15 g fresh leaves in 200–300 ml of boiling water for 15–20 minutes. Drink one warm cup after lunch or dinner for 10–15 days. This remedy should be used as a supportive measure only and not as a replacement for prescribed gout medication. Overuse may cause side effects such as excess internal heat, mouth sores, or constipation, so moderation is important.

Time to relax and feel good with the joke of the day we’ve picked for you. It’s entitled, “Perfect Child.”

Two kindergarten teachers are chatting during lunchtime.

“I’ve got 20 kids in my class, and every single one of them misbehaves, well, all except for Corey.”

“Really? What makes him different?”

“He just sits quietly with his books, reads on his own, and never causes trouble. And he even tidies up the play area — lines up the toys, closes the boxes, everything.”

“Sounds like a dream student.”

“Honestly, I wish I had 20 kids named Corey.”

“But if all the kids in the class were named Corey, wouldn’t that cause confusion when you called for a student?”

!?

And now we have a heartline in Mandarin Chinese, with multiple-language subtitles, from Xuan-Rong in China
