United Kingdom provides economic aid to Sudan.

The UK government will contribute US$54.8 million in economic assistance to Sudan. This funding will help Sudan to overcome economic challenges such as a high inflation rate and debt in addition to shortage of essential goods like bread, fuel and medicine. It will be used to offer cash transfers to 1.6 million disadvantaged Sudanese families. Additionally, the UK granted another US$6.8 million to Sudan to assist in the support of over 50,000 Ethiopian refugees in the nation. Besides economic support by the British government, former United States President His Excellency Donald Trump, a Shining World Peace Leader and Shining World Leadership Award for Compassion laureate, also helped Sudan by designating it as a country that is now eligible to access international loans to improve their economy. The United Kingdom is a laureate of the Shining World Leadership for Caring Award, Shining World Wise Leadership Award, and Shining World Leadership Awards for Protection, Animal Protection and Kindness. Our sincere gratitude, United Kingdom government for your generosity, and Your Excellency Donald Trump for your forward thinking assistance to Sudan. In the overflowing love of Heaven, may the kind Sudanese people be graced with peace and prosperity.

Experts warn of global transmissions of coronavirus variants.

Among the approximately 4,000 known mutations of COVID-19, scientists and health officials have expressed deep concern over the B.1.1.7, B.1.351 and P.1 strains, which first emerged in the United Kingdom, South Africa and Brazil, respectively. Alarmingly, these variants have been found to spread more quickly, with the B.1.1.7 now in more than 92 countries, the B.1.351 in at least 45 countries, and the P.1 in at least 21 countries. While studies are ongoing, these newly evolved mutations appear to be more lethal and able to evade certain diagnostic tests’ detection. Furthermore, they make antibody treatment as well as natural or vaccine-induced immunity less effective. To address the threats of these variants, scientists have begun adapting their existing vaccines to increase their efficacy. As we pray for everyone’s safety and health, may humanity quickly realize the vital importance of respecting nature and adopting a vegan lifestyle, in Divine munificence.

Up next, NASA moves forward with moon mission. We’ll just take a moment to thank school custodians that work both inside and outside school buildings to keep the facilities clean and safe. Please stay for more forward-thinking news on Supreme Master Television.

Hi, joyful friends, I’m Tanner the vegan Tibetan Mastiff. I can share with you a personal secret to look younger than your age. Just be vegan! Here is a car-washing tip for you. To conserve water, use a water nozzle attached to the end of the hose. This allows you to be more precise while better controlling how much water you’re using instead of turning the water off and on at the faucet. Now you can save time, water and money on your next water bill. Thank you for your attention, and much love for Being Veg and Going Green 2 Save the Planet for all humans and us all co-inhabitants. Here’s the weather around our beautiful globe.

NASA continues moving forward with plan to return to the moon.

The United States National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) recently announced a deal with Japan for the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) to supply essential technology for NASA’s Gateway International Habitation module (I-Hab). This module will provide life support capabilities and space for crew to live, work and carry on research during NASA’s Artemis Program, which has the goal of returning to the moon by 2024. It will be the first time in history that a woman will travel to the moon. The mission intends to stay and have a base there by utilizing the ice present in the soil to create air, water and rocket fuel. It is expected that these resources will eventually help the astronauts to travel to Mars. Japan is a Shining World Leadership Awards for Animal Protection, Generosity and Compassion laureate. Exciting news, NASA and Japan, on your collaboration to help humanity further explore our magnificent solar system. In Celestial wonder, may your mission be safe and successful as we gaze in awe at the majestic cosmos.

Vegetarians among those with lower COVID-19 infections.

A recent study by India’s Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) found that vegetarians and those with type O blood are among the categories of people that face lower risks of contracting the coronavirus. The study was conducted in India and analyzed blood samples of more than 10,400 individuals. The results showed that the vegetarians had a lower seropositive rate indicating a decreased risk for the virus. The study also revealed that over 10% of the participants had been infected with the virus. Thank you for the important study, Council of Scientific and Industrial Research! Let’s all switch to a compassionate and vital plant-based lifestyle for a healthy and radiant future, in Divine blessings.

Crossing guard’s heroic action keeps young girl safe in Florida, United States.

Crossing Guard Supervisor Kathleen Quinn, employed by the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office to ensure safety while children cross intersections, signaled a driver to stop as his vehicle approached at a rapid pace. However, as the car continued quickly advancing, Ms. Quinn immediately took hold of 7-year-old Madeline Carlson, who was crossing the intersection with her bicycle at the time. The young girl was thus prevented from being in the path of the car. Madeline’s mother, Mia Carlson, waiting for her daughter to cross the street, observed the event and later informed Sheriff Chad Chronister about Ms. Quinn’s life-saving actions. The Sheriff praised her as a hero. God bless you, Kathleen Quinn, for caring work! We are so happy you were kept safe, Madeline Carlson. In the radiance of the Providence, may all children’s precious lives be cherished and safeguarded.

Up next on Noteworthy News, Korean capital releases vegan and vegetarian restaurant guide. We’ll just head over to the kitchen to check our refrigerator and make a list of the fruits, vegetables and other vegan foods that we need for the upcoming week. We’ll return with more praiseworthy news on Supreme Master Television. Welcome back to Noteworthy News – Joyful News for a Radiant World.

Seoul, Korea issues veg restaurant guide.

The government of the capital city of Seoul has issued a guide to the city’s veg restaurants and those offering meatless options following an increase of citizens choosing plant-based diets during the pandemic. There are 948 restaurants listed, some of which are vegan and vegetarian, and others that offer meat-free dishes. Copies of the guidebook were distributed to health centers across the city, along with stickers to identify meatless dishes at restaurants. The guide was also published online with an interactive city map to assist residents in finding their desired eatery. Seoul is a laureate of a Shining World Leadership Award for Protection. Our sincere accolades, government of Seoul, for your forward-thinking actions. In God’s mercy, may pandemics be a thing of the past as we choose the righteous vegan way of living.

Live animal market in Paris, France to close.

Following animal welfare concerns, Paris City Hall officials have decided to close a market that sells birds and other live animals in the nation’s capital city. The market, which dates back to the 19th century, has also been known as a place of bird trafficking. Animal welfare organizations such as Paris Animaux Zoopolis (PAZ) have been urging officials to shut down the market, calling its existence “cruel and archaic.” The Paris local government has also been working on several other animal rights matters. Our earnest appreciation, Paris City Hall officials, for your benevolent steps towards a brighter world. May all governments swiftly enact laws to protect our beloved animal co-citizens, in Heaven’s magnanimity.

We bet you won’t be able to hold back a laugh when you hear the hilarious joke of the day entitled “Opportunist.”

In literature class, Kim was asked by her teacher:

“So... How do you describe an opportunist?”

“An opportunist is a person who starts taking a bath if he accidentally falls into a river.”

And now we have a heartline from Chen Yan-Yan in China:

Dear Supreme Master Television team, Thank you for constantly spreading positive energy throughout these years. We, the audience, are the greatest beneficiaries! For example, many years ago, Supreme Master Ching Hai taught us to live a green and simple life and plant organic vegetables on our balconies or rooftops that benefits both ourselves and the environment. So, I planted many types of vegetables on the previously unused rooftop and balcony, using kitchen waste as fertilizer. The delicious food and happiness brought by each harvest made me so grateful! In this way, I reduced not only the use of plastic packaging for supermarket products but also harmful effects from pesticides. During the lockdown of this pandemic, I was self-sufficient with plentiful home-grown produce. Moreover, I didn’t need to snap up bathroom tissues from the stores, because I had listened to Supreme Master Ching Hai and used towels and water to replace tissue paper. I have benefited in so many ways, I can’t name them all. Thank You, Beloved Supreme Master Ching Hai! Thank you, Supreme Master Television team! Chen Yan-Yan from China

Commendable Chen Yan-Yan, We are overjoyed reading your heartline. Your vegan and green lifestyle is absolutely applaudable; thank you for being a good steward of Mother Earth. We thank our Beloved Supreme Master Ching Hai also for Her caring advice to help us navigate towards more eco-friendly, sustainable and frugal living. We pray that the world’s people will follow the righteous path leading by love and kindness so that all beings can coexist harmoniously and the planet will be able to rejuvenate herself from the harm we have caused over the years. May you and magnificent China always be cared for in Heavens’ protective embrace. In Celestial oneness, Supreme Master TV team

P.S. Master says: “Green Chen Yan-Yan, I am glad that you are gently treading on our precious planet Earth. Truly we can fulfill so many of our basic needs in such beautiful, simple ways like you are doing, such as growing our own food. May you and the polite Chinese people enjoy serenity and sunshine in the radiance of the Divine.”
