Mustard greens are a good vegetable to grow indoors because they grow fast ‒ typically 4-6 weeks from sowing to harvest. Sow seeds 1.5 centimeters (0.5 inches) deep and 7.5 centimeters (3 inches) apart. Adequate spacing is required and temperatures should be approximately 13-18 degrees Celsius (55-65°F).
